General Terms

The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms, and conditions set forth below. Read these terms carefully before you access the following website (the “Site”). By accessing the Site, you indicate that you agree with and are bound by the terms below. Individual documents and parts of the Site may include special terms to be applied in addition to these terms. The use of the Solo Service is governed by special service agreement terms.

The service provider does not make any warranties about the Site or its contents. The service provider reserves the right to update the Site and to discontinue access to the Site at any time. The service provider shall not be liable for any expenses, losses, or damages arising out of the use of the Site even if the service provider or its representative had known about a defect in the service.

Ownership

The Practice Tests are property of iSolution LTD and PTA and are licensed to you under the terms of the license agreement printed herein (“Agreement”). By accessing the practice test, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement, that you understand it, and that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Scope of Rights Licensed

iSolution LTD and PTA are granting you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Practice Test, in part or in whole, for your internal business or personal use. Any internal or personal use of the Practice Test content must be accompanied by the phrase “Used with permission from Practice Tests Academy” or other phrasing agreed upon in writing by iSolution LTD or PTA.

License Sharing

This license is being granted to only the purchaser of the practice test. Excessive use, which shall be judged solely at the discretion of iSolution LTD and PTA during the license period that may be indicative of license sharing, may result in the license being revoked with no refund or recourse. iSolution LTD and PTA will investigate excessive usage prior to any license revocation.

Restrictions on Transfer

Reproduction or disclosure in whole or in part to parties other than iSolution LTD/PTA’s client that is the original subscriber to this Practice Test is permitted only with the written and express consent of iSolution LTD or PTA. This Practice Test shall be treated at all times as a confidential and proprietary document for internal use only.

Any purported sale, assignment, transfer, or sublicense without the prior written consent of iSolution LTD and/or PTA will be void and will automatically terminate the License granted hereunder.

Limited Warranty

The information contained in this practice test is believed to be reliable but cannot be guaranteed to be correct or complete. If the Practice Test’s electronic delivery format is defective, iSolution LTD/PTA will replace it at no charge if iSolution LTD/PTA is notified of the defective formatting within 30 days from the date of the original download or receipt of Practice Test.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will iSolution LTD or PTA be liable to you for any damages, including, without limitation, any lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the practice test regardless of whether such damages are foreseeable or whether such damages are deemed to result from the failure or inadequacy of any exclusive or other remedy. In any event, the liability of iSolution LTD/PTA shall not exceed the license fee paid by you to iSolution LTD or PTA.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold

Except as expressly stated herein, iSolution LTD or PTA make no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on websites. Except as expressly stated herein, iSolution LTD or PTA expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this Site, including, but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to iSolution LTD/PTA arising from any product sold on the iSolution LTD sites shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall iSolution LTD or PTA, their directors, officers, employees, and representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.

Pass Assurance and Money Back Guarantee

iSolution LTD and PTA provide additional features to its online products, such as Pass Assurance (you used our tool but still fail your exam, you are entitled to have your access extended) and the 7-Day Money Back Guarantee (if for some reason you don’t appreciate the quality of our product, you are entitled to claim your money back within 7 days of your purchase). Sales Taxes

Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes. We can provide you with a VAT invoice, so please contact us after you’ve made a purchase. We’ll then send you the final invoice.

Jurisdiction and Venue

You agree that any legal action brought against iSolution LTD or PTA shall be governed by the laws of Poland without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on iSolution/PTA’s sites shall be an appropriate court located in Poland.

Fair Usage Policy for Tutor Support

We offer an “Ask a Tutor” feature to assist with specific questions related to our content. To ensure fair usage of this feature, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Each user is limited to a maximum of 20 questions per month.
• Questions must be directly related to our question bank, videos, or summary notes.
• Personal tutor support is available only for Ultimate plans where a dedicated tutor is assigned.
• If users exceed the question limit or ask irrelevant questions, a warning will be issued. Continued abuse may result in withdrawal of tutor support.
• Our tutors are here to assist with relevant content-related questions, and we need to protect their time and resources to provide quality support to all users.
