Why We Offer Pass Assurance

At Practice Tests Academy (PTA), we believe in empowering our customers to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. Our pass assurance policy is designed to give you the support and resources you need to succeed. Whether you are preparing for an exam, building new skills, or seeking professional development, we are committed to your success and are here to support you every step of the way.

What is Covered in the Pass Assurance

The goal of pass assurance is to help you feel confident and supported in your pursuit of your goals, ensuring that you have the resources you need to succeed. Pass Assurance means that if you fail your exam, we will extend your access to the package you have previously purchased at no additional cost.

Eligibility and Process

To be eligible for our pass assurance policy, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Exam Timing: The exam you failed must be within the duration of the package that you have purchased.
  2. Matching Package: The package you have purchased must be for the same paper as the exam you have failed, and it must be registered under the same user’s name.
  3. Proof of Failure: You must send us a screenshot of the failed result.

Process

  1. Submit Request: If you fail an exam, simply send us a screenshot of your failed result.
  2. Extension Granted: We will extend your access to the course by adding the same original product duration starting from the failed exam date. For example, if you purchased a package with a 90-day access period and you failed the exam on day 45, we will extend your access for an additional 90 days starting from day 45.

We will continue to extend your access to the product if you keep failing the exam, as long as you continue to provide us with evidence of your failed attempts. Our goal is to ensure that you have the support and resources you need to succeed.

Conditions and Timeframe

To qualify for our pass assurance policy, the following conditions must be met:

  • Exam Timing: The exam you failed must be within the duration of the package you purchased.
  • Matching Package: The package must be for the same paper as the exam you failed and registered under the same user’s name.
  • Proof of Failure: Provide a screenshot of the failed result.

We will extend your access to the course by adding the same original product duration starting from the failed exam date. We are committed to working with you to help you achieve your goals.

Limitations and Exclusions

While we are committed to helping you pass your exam with our pass assurance policy, there are some limitations and exclusions to keep in mind:

  • Third-Party Products: Our pass assurance policy only applies to packages created by PTA. Kaplan and BPP products are excluded.
  • Usage Requirement: You must have used at least 70% of our package, as indicated by the progress bar, and still failed the exam.
  • CIMA and ACCA Objective Tests packages: While we will prolong your access to the course, any additional services such as dedicated tutor support will not be part of the pass assurance. 
  • CIMA Case Study Packages: While we will prolong your access to the course, any additional services such as mock’s marking or 1:1 tuition will not be part of the pass assurance. We will extend access for the next exam sitting session after your failed exam.
  • No Attempt, No Extension: We will not prolong access for students who have not attempted the exam during their subscription period. However, we do offer a 50% discount for the renewal of the same product (excluding Kaplan and BPP ebooks and CIMA Case Study packages).
  • Service Discontinuation: If Practice Tests Academy ceases to deliver services for a specific product or service, the pass assurance for that product is automatically withdrawn.

Expiration

Our pass assurance policy has an expiration date. The exam you failed must be within the duration of your package, and the package must be for the same paper as the exam you failed and registered under the same user’s name. We will extend the access to the course by adding the same original product duration starting from the failed exam date.

While we will keep extending your access if you keep failing, we do have a limit to the number of times we can do so. This limit will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the specific product and package you have purchased.
