Conditions that apply for the Pass Assurance:

• The access to the specific package will be prolonged for another period that this package was originally for (e.g. in case of 600 Q&A packages - it is 180 days) from the date of your failed exam.
• If the student has already had an extension based on a failed exam, he/she can be eligible to get another extension provided he/she has actually attempted and failed the exam he/she had a subscription for. • If Practice Tests Academy stops providing services for a specific topic, Pass Assurance will not be eligible anymore.

SCOPE OF RIGHTS LICENSED (PERMITTED USES)

LICENSE SHARING

LIMITED WARRANTY

The information contained in this practice test is believed to be reliable but cannot be guaranteed to be correct or complete. If the Practice Test's electronic delivery format is defective, iSolution LTD/PTA will replace it at no charge if iSolution LTD/PTA is notified of the defective formatting within 30 days from the date of the original download or receipt of Practice Test. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event will iSolution LTD or PTA be liable to you for any damages, including, without limitation, any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the practice test regardless of whether such damages are foreseeable or whether such damages are deemed to result from the failure or inadequacy of any exclusive or other remedy.
