Strategic level is the third level of the professional CIMA certificate and consists of four exams. The focus is on making strategic decisions for the long term.

  • F3 covers how to evaluate and source the financing required to implement strategy and considers the sources from which such financing could be obtained.
  • P3 teaches you how to identify, classify, evaluate and manage the risks that could impede the implementation of strategy.
  • E3 emphasizes how to formulate strategy and provide the overall context for its effective implementation.

The subjects are examined by individual objective tests and an integrated case study.
