P3 covers risk management at the Strategic Level — including identifying, assessing and managing risk across an organisation, internal controls, corporate governance, cyber risk, project risk, financial risk (interest rate and foreign exchange), and how risk management frameworks support strategic decision-making. It is the final Performance pillar paper and feeds directly into the Strategic Case Study exam. Our video lectures and practice questions cover every topic in the current CIMA syllabus.
P3 is the most conceptual of the Performance pillar papers — it requires you to think about risk from a strategic leadership perspective rather than just applying formulas.
