E3 is the final and most senior Enterprise paper, building on the strategy implementation themes of E2 and taking them to a full strategic leadership level. Students often find it the most conceptual of the three — it requires you to think like a senior leader, evaluate strategic options, and lead organisational change. That said, with structured preparation and plenty of practice, it is very achievable. Our materials are designed to help you think strategically, not just memorise content.
