To switch paper or request a different paper, you can either do it yourself from My Account level or just email us at contact@practicetestsacademy.com (include your order number).

Tell us which paper you want to switch to.
We’ll reassign your Moodle access manually (initially) — we aim to process switches within 48 hours. Switching does not change the subscription price.

👉Annual: £299 billed annually (discount applied).
You can cancel at any time — cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically issue a refund for past months. Subscriptions are not covered by the one-off 7-day money-back guarantee (that applies to single purchases). Refunds are handled in line with consumer law.
You get instant access — everything is automated. Our practice platform runs on a dedicated subdomain (Moodle-based) where videos, questions and mocks are hosted and tracked. If you have any technical issues, please use the chat/help widget in the bottom-right of the site or email contact@practicetestsacademy.com and we’ll help you straight away.
Mock marking is available as a paid upgrade (choose 1 or 3 marked mocks). Each marked mock includes: examiner-style written feedback, annotated model answer and a short list of improvement points (SLA: 5 working days).
