What's included in each AAA package?

Each AAA package includes video lectures covering all syllabus areas (Parts A–G), syllabus-mapped study notes, an interactive question bank organised by topic, and full mock exams written to exam standard.

Higher-tier packages add extras such as tutor-marked mocks with personalised feedback, flashcards, checkpoint questions and priority tutor support. Visit the packages section above to compare what's in each tier.

What's the difference between the Master Course and Ultimate Course?

The Master Course gives you the complete AAA learning experience: all video lectures, study notes, question bank and 3 timed mock exams.

The Ultimate Course includes everything in the Master Course plus tutor-marked mocks (up to 3 marked by an ACCA-qualified tutor with detailed feedback), priority support and additional exam technique resources. It's designed for students who want maximum tutor interaction and personalised guidance.

How does mock marking work?

You complete a full mock exam under timed conditions, then submit your answer via the platform. An ACCA-qualified tutor marks your script against the official marking guide and returns detailed, personalised feedback — including where you gained and lost marks, how to improve your answer structure, and specific audit points you missed.

Turnaround is typically 5 working days. Mock marking is included in the Ultimate Course or available as a paid add-on for other packages.

How long do I have access to the materials?

Access periods depend on the product:

  • AAA Course (Master/Ultimate): 12 months
  • Revision Pack: 6 months
  • Mock Marking: 3 months
  • Study Notes: 6 months
  • BPP Ebooks: 12 months
  • Free Package: rolling monthly

Your access starts from the date of purchase.

Can I upgrade my package later?

Yes. If you start with a smaller package and decide you'd like more support, you can upgrade at any time. Contact our team and we'll arrange the upgrade — you'll only pay the difference between your current package and the new one.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — we offer a free AAA package so you can try the platform before committing. It includes sample video lectures, a selection of practice questions and a preview of the study notes. No card required — just sign up and start studying.

What if I don't pass?

We offer a Pass Assurance policy: if you've completed at least 70% of your course and sat the exam but didn't pass, we'll extend your access so you can continue studying for the next sitting at no extra cost.

For one-off purchases, we also offer a 7-day money-back guarantee — if the course doesn't meet your expectations, request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Subscriptions are excluded from the refund policy but can be cancelled at any time.

I've already failed AAA — will this help?

Absolutely. Many of our students come to PTA after a previous failed attempt. AAA is a challenging paper because it tests applied auditing judgement, not just knowledge recall. Our course is specifically designed to help you practise applying ISAs in exam-style scenarios, structure your answers clearly and develop the professional scepticism examiners are looking for.

If you've already failed, the Revision Pack or Ultimate Course (with tutor-marked mocks) are particularly effective — the personalised feedback shows you exactly where marks are being lost.

How is PTA different from free ACCA resources and other providers?

Free resources — including ACCA's own materials — are a solid starting point, but they typically lack the structured learning path, exam-standard practice and personalised tutor feedback that make the difference at Strategic Professional level.

PTA courses are built around the examiner's approach: every question, video and mock is designed to mirror what you'll face in the real exam. Is there a subscription option?

Yes. The ACCA Subscription gives you access to the Master-level course for one paper at a time. Choose between monthly (£29/month) or annual (£299/year — save 14%). You can switch between available papers whenever you need to. Cancel anytime.

The subscription currently covers SBR and AAA, with more Strategic Professional papers being added throughout 2026.
